Job Overview: Rothmeyer TEC Inc (RTEC) is looking for a motivated and skilled Wireless Civil Technician to join our growing team. This hands‑on role involves performing critical civil work for wireless infrastructure projects across the Midwest - including excavation, rebar tying, and concrete forming and pouring. • Perform civil construction work including:
  • Excavation
  • Rebar tying
  • Concrete forming and pouring
• Conduct repair and maintenance on wireless tower infrastructure
• Enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
• Travel throughout the Midwest to support project builds and maintenance
• Work in outdoor conditions across varying climates
• Participate in evening, weekend, or on‑call assignments as needed
• Maintain equipment and ensure site safety through regular inspections
• Communicate clearly with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Keep accurate project documentation and progress logs

• Experience in excavation, concrete forming, and rebar tying
• Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred)
• Heavy equipment certifications (preferred)
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and site safety procedures
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) across the Midwest
• $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)

  Monday‑Friday

• Based in Anoka, MN
• Extensive travel throughout the Midwest required
• Hotel accommodations and per diem provided for all out‑of‑town projects
