Anoka Football is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic defensive coordinator to join our staff for the 2026 season and beyond. We are looking for a Defensive Coordinator and Defensive Assistant Coaches who are passionate about building relationships, developing young men, and teaching life lessons through the game of football.

At Anoka, we believe in coaching with purpose. Our staff values collaboration, accountability, and servant leadership. We are searching for coaches who want to grow with us as we build a program capable of returning to U.S. Bank Stadium in 2026.

• (For Defensive Coordinator applicants) Can lead the defensive program grades 9–12, including scheme development, installation, game planning, and staff collaboration
