We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor to guide our Adult Services team — someone who thrives on balancing clinical expertise with leadership, and who’s ready to make a lasting difference.
- Lead and mentor:
Provide supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering growth and excellence. - Deliver care:
Offer individual, group, and family psychotherapy rooted in evidence‑based practices. - Be the anchor:
Step in as the clinical point person when leadership is off‑site. - Shape programs:
Collaborate with the Program Manager to refine policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. - Support in crisis:
Conduct emergency assessments and interventions, coordinating with hospitals and community partners. - Drive collaboration:
Act as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources, ensuring holistic support. - Guide recovery:
Complete intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and develop initial recovery plans. - Build foundations:
Assist in orientation and training for clinical staff, non‑clinical staff, and interns.
- Credentials:
Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, with LCSW or LPC required. - Experience:
At least 3 years in psychiatric or substance abuse settings. - Tech‑savvy:
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and electronic health records. - Leadership qualities:
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work required. LCSW / LPC required.
- A minimum of three years’ clinical experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse setting required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE /
CERTIFICATIONS:
- LCSW / LPC required for Supervisory role.
