Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead donated-goods retail teams at the Waukee & West Des Moines locations. You will train, coach, and develop staff while ensuring KPI targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Starting pay ranges from $18.00–$22.00 per hour with an extra $1.00/hour on weekend shifts, plus monthly bonus eligibility and annual merit increases. A full-time schedule with a 40-hour work week is required.
