Vava Cars Hatay lokasyonunda Müşteri Merkezi Sorumlusu arıyor. Görev, müşteri randevu ve süreçlerini titizlikle yönlendirmek, noter süreçlerini takip etmek ve güven odaklı bir ortamda müşteriyi adil piyasa fiyatına ikna etmek olacak.
İş, SOP’lara uygun çalışmayı, operasyonel süreçleri anlamayı ve süreç güncellemelerini takip etmeyi gerektirir. İyileştirme önerileriyle bölümün vizyonunu destekleyecek kişileri arıyoruz.
