• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, 8‑10 hours per day.
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods.
• Ability to work in a results‑oriented environment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Willingness and ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicator’s license within 60 days.

• Apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and provide other beneficial lawn and yard services.
• Perform lawn analysis and make service recommendations to customers in the field.
• No mowing or landscaping.
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour starting pay.
• Health insurance, dental and vision.
• Earned PTO time.
• Company vehicles provided for scheduled routes.
• Uniforms provided.
