Airport Representative Side, Belek or Lara

As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Airport team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers on their transfers to/from their accommodation and creating a memorable and welcoming process as our customers arrive and depart the airport. You will work as one team with our internal and external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

• 34,925 TL Turkish Lira Net per calendar month
• 141.00 Turkish Lira Multinet per worked day
• Fixed Term contract (Until October 2026) via our Local Agent

• Create memories by greeting every customer with a warm welcome and a Jet2holidays smile, making their journey memorable from the very start.
• Take responsibility as a point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies, and customer escalations, ensuring every situation is handled with care and working together as one team to meet on‑time performance and customer satisfaction requirements.
• Be present by representing Jet2holidays onboard transfers to/from the airport, in the arrivals hall and departures terminal, guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience.
• Provide customers with essential transfer and holiday information by creating and distributing welcome packs and delivering information onboard the transfer coaches.
• Work as one team with our transfer providers and support the operation outside in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.

  You must hold full right to work documents for Turkiye.
• Accommodation
  :
  You will already be living in Antalya, Side, Belek or Lara Beach with your own accommodation, or you must be able to travel to the airport at any time.
• Flexibility
  :
  Your roster will include early starts, late finishes, split shifts and weekend working. The role involves extended periods of standing and working outdoors, particularly during the summer months, and requires support during flight disruptions and emergencies.
• Skills & Experience
  :
  Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution‑oriented, friendly, positive, confident and comfortable using digital systems (on a tablet device). The role is physically demanding and requires a fast‑paced operation and always being on the go.
