The COP
31 Simulation Programme 2026 is an international youth-led climate diplomacy initiative designed to simulate the real procedures of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP). Participants represent nations, negotiate climate policies, draft declarations, and discuss major climate challenges.
The programme focuses on developing participants’ understanding of international climate governance and policy processes. Participants gain hands-on experience while collaborating with students, researchers, climate experts, and policymakers from around the world.

Previous editions have partnered with universities and institutions from the UAE, Azerbaijan, and Brazil, creating a globally connected learning environment.
