About the Role

A family in Antalya is looking for a professional governess-educator for two girls, aged 1.8 and 3.8. The role is designed as an “Intellectual Mentor”: the family already employs separate nannies responsible for daily care, hygiene, and meals. They are seeking a highly qualified educator whose focus is exclusively on the educational process and strategic development.

The ideal candidate will be able to turn each day into a conscious exploration of the world and ensure the children’s comprehensive development before school.

Key Responsibilities

• Individual development planning: design and implement personalised learning plans for each girl, taking into account the age difference and temperament.
• Educational materials: select literature, developmental aids, and games.
• Daily educational sessions: conduct daily play-based lessons (5–20 minutes each). Focus areas: speech development, logic, introduction to mathematics, the surrounding world, reading, and creativity.
• Meaningful walks: organise outdoor activities as part of the curriculum — observing nature, studying flora and fauna, discussing the urban environment and social connections.
• Educational environment: provide full support for the children’s space at home — audit and purchase relevant learning materials, and organise study zones.
• School preparation: build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills for successful future school admission, develop a broad outlook, and cultivate a habit of learning.

Requirements

• Higher specialised education (pedagogy, psychology, preschool education).
• Deep knowledge of modern methodologies:
  Montessori, Reggio, STEAM, neuropsychological approaches, etc., with the ability to adapt them flexibly to each child.
• Proven experience working in families with young children, with confirmed references.
• Excellent command of Russian and English.
• Strong soft skills: articulate and rich speech, high erudition, professional ethics, and understanding of boundaries and subordination within a family.
• Ability to work in a structured family environment with clear role division.
