Experienced​/Inexperienced Cabin Crew – AYT

We are looking for Cabin Crew Members with strong representation skills and a high awareness of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidates will have a well-groomed appearance, a positive mindset, and a dynamic and friendly attitude, to be assigned to our Antalya Base.

• Turkish citizenship and a Turkish passport valid for at least 2 years
• Residing in or able to relocate to Antalya
• Height requirements:
  • Men: 170–180 cm
  • Women: 165–180 cm
• (Height and weight must be proportionate)
• Ability to swim
• No visible piercings while wearing the Corendon cabin crew uniform; candidates with tattoos will be evaluated during the interview process
• For candidates who completed their education in Turkey: at least an associate degree
• For candidates who completed their education abroad: a minimum of 10 years of education and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Good command of Russian, German, Dutch, or other European languages is preferred, along with English proficiency at a minimum B1 level
• Having no criminal record or criminal archive record
• For experienced candidates: the last active flight duty must not be more than five years ago, and candidates must hold a valid TES (Attestation) certificate
• Having no medical condition that would prevent performing flight duties (Prior to the start of training, a “Fit to Fly” medical report from hospitals approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation will be required)
• No restrictions on staying abroad periodically

• Ensure cabin safety and security in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide a high level of passenger satisfaction

• Applications without a photograph will not be considered
• Eligible candidates will be invited to take an online English placement test prior to the interview
• After the interview, candidates who speak Russian or German and meet the requirements will be invited to an online Russian or German placement test
