Position: Beverage Cart Attendant (On-Call)

Job involves delivering service on the golf course and other designated areas, engaging with members and guests, and supporting various food and beverage service areas to uphold Invited’s 3-steps of service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Invited’s training programs.
  • Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests with a polite, friendly demeanor.
  • Provide timely coverage of assigned course areas, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes.
  • Assist members and guests with requests and keep environments clean (e.g., disposing of trash when appropriate).
  • Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins.
  • Operate the golf cart safely, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and reconcile daily transactions; deposit cash as required.
  • Document product spills and waste using daily par vs. usage sheets; maintain product knowledge and upsell where applicable.
  • Use tee sheets and line-ups to identify members and guests and offer personalized experiences.
  • Communicate with the F&B Director regarding special product requests or issues with food quality, supplies, or presentation.
  • Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift, ensuring health code compliance.
  • Restock supplies to maintain proper par levels and ensure consistent service.
  • Support fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and contribute as a team member.
  • Notify management of member/guest complaints and practice effective service recovery.
  • Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups.
Additional Duties
  • Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members and staff.
  • Follow safe working practices and encourage others to do the same.
  • Take initiative in personal and professional growth; maintain required certifications relevant to your role.
  • Address and resolve challenges with available resources, collaborating with regional and corporate teams as needed.
  • Attend daily briefings and stay informed to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
  • Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical work standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Must stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments; may involve exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with adequate visual acuity.

Work Schedule
