Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Department Manager to establish and lead our plumbing division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the department’s operations, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.

• Oversee daily operations of the plumbing division, ensuring exceptional service delivery and job quality.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professional plumbers to achieve operational excellence.
• Set and manage department goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
• Streamline project scheduling, resource management, and workflow efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecast financial performance, and oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and long-term success.

• Proven experience in residential plumbing, including hands-on expertise.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role, managing teams and driving results.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range: $130,000 USD - $150,000 USD
