• Assist in the exercise and fitness areas of the club, supporting members and guests with their exercise and fitness programs.
• Evaluate member/guest fitness needs and provide appropriate exercise programs, including personal instruction when necessary.
• Conduct New Member Fit Start appointments and track progress. Connect with members regularly and promote fitness activities (warm welcomes, magic moments, fond farewells).
• Update fitness activities and programming on the club web page or member communications board, as applicable.
• Promote facility amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining professionalism and service that aligns with the club values.
• Maintain current fitness-related certifications including CPR/AED and pursue new education opportunities through Invited partnerships.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed in designated areas to uphold club standards; maintain orderly work spaces and proper stocking of equipment and materials.
• Process daily accounting procedures around personal training and group sessions; submit monthly forecasts for expected sessions, Fit Starts, and new client goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date schedule of availability for accuracy.

• Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Maintain professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
• Follow safe working practices and encourage others to do the same.
• Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications relevant to your role.
• Address and resolve challenges with available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.
• Attend daily briefings and stay informed to contribute to the team’s success.
• Evaluate member/guest fitness needs and provide appropriate exercise programs, including personal instruction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fitness Trainer, able to develop and lead personalized fitness programs.
• Current personal training certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid and AED within the last 6 months; certified group exercise instructor with AFAA or ACE.

• College degree in health, fitness, exercise science, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate clients.
• Ability to assess fitness levels and develop tailored exercise programs.

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.
• Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.
• Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Talking, hearing, and seeing.
