Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

Assistant Store Manager is responsible for daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop, lead, and support Sales Associates.

• One (1) or more years of experience working in a retail environment (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings with valid vehicle insurance (Required).

• Help and aid in the recruitment of potential candidates.
• Manage and resolve customer issues and conflicts professionally.
• A communication method to be reached is required.
• Teach and role model customer service and suggestive selling techniques.
• Ability to lift, stand, and remain active for shift duration; frequent movement within store.
• Responsible for unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and keeping shelves stocked.
