Join Eastlink as a Bilingual Tier 1 Support Specialist, providing technical assistance remotely and in-office. Help clients troubleshoot issues with Internet, Cable, Mobile, and Security products.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting diverse customer needs in a fast-paced environment. You will blend technical know-how with customer service, ensuring effective resolutions to inquiries. Engage proactively with clients while keeping detailed records of resolutions and interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting support across service lines
• Help customers with password changes and technical questions
• Document all client interactions accurately
• Meet performance standards for customer calls
• Deliver high-quality service with a positive demeanor
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support
• Strong knowledge of computers and telecommunications
