Eastlink is seeking a Bilingual Tier 1 Technical Support professional, with options for remote or in-office work. Support clients with their Internet, Cable, and Security service issues.
This position focuses on delivering customer service excellence through effective troubleshooting and technical support. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, utilizing your skills to resolve issues promptly while ensuring an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
• Guide clients in updating and managing passwords
• Keep accurate service records of customer interactions
• Achieve performance goals in a call center setting
• Provide friendly and effective customer support
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English required
• 1-2 years of technical support experience preferred
• Familiarity with telecommunications technology
• Willingness to work in a varied shift environment
• Enthusiastic attitude towards customer service
