Dental Hygienist

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening
• Serve as an oral health educator introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required
• Valid CPR certification is required

Demonstrates expertise in clinical preventative hygiene services, patient care assessment, and tailored patient experience delivery. Holds a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree and maintains current registration as a Dental Hygienist with valid CPR certification.
