Position: Youth Employment Coordinator for Student Engagement
Drive impactful student pathways initiatives ncis Xavier University as a Youth Employment and Student Pathways Coordinator. This full-time term position emphasizes career development and experiential learning.

You will play an essential role in enhancing student engagement and workforce readiness through the Centre for Experiential Learning. Your expertise will facilitate the development and delivery of the XPLORE program, which supports students in academic and career exploration. By collaborating with campus partners, employers, and community organizations, you will foster environments that promote inclusion and student confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver student-focused workshops and events

• Support the Youth Employment Initiative for student placements

• Collaborate with stakeholders for program success

• Create promotional materials and outreach strategies

• Assist with administrative tasks and program assessment

Requirements:

• Experience in student programming or event coordination

• Strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies

• Knowledge of career development programming

• Comfort with Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
