You will implement treatment plans, conduct outcome measures, and ensure communication with physiotherapists for safe, accountable care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing physiotherapy treatment plans

• Perform standardized outcome measures for physiotherapists

• Communicate frequently with patients and healthcare team members

• Provide motivational support to patients during their recovery

• Incorporate effective communication and critical thinking in care

Requirements:

• Completed accredited Rehabilitation Assistant Program

• BLS-C certification required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of body mechanics and basic computer skills

• Experience with physically or cognitively impaired persons preferred
