As a CNC Mill/Turn Specialist, you will operate our state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres, focusing on optimizing both attended and unattended production. This role demands a strong background in CNC programming and machining, where you will work closely with our dedicated team to solve intricate manufacturing challenges and ensure the quality of our precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine complex 5-axis mill/turn programs

• Set up machines and manage tooling effectively

• Ensure optimal efficiency through effective pallet pool management

• Perform in-process inspection and documentation

• Collaborate to address and solve machining automation challenges

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of advanced CNC experience

• Proficient in CAD/CAM tools and machining processes

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Ability to work independently under pressure
