As the Production Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of production performance at the Brookfield Cement Plant. This role involves setting budget goals, managing KPIs, and ensuring a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of safety policies in plant operations

• Maintain effective health and safety action plans

• Oversee industrial cleaning and equipment performance

• Participate in budget setting in alignment with objectives

• Ensure compliance with Collective Agreement and succession planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field

• At least 10 years in manufacturing, with 5 years in management

• Familiarity with cement production processes

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure
