Position: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse Role

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of one year of medication administration experience. This full-time position involves rotational 12-hour shifts and requires your current LPN license from CLPNS. Your skills in geriatric care and team leadership will be invaluable in our Long-Term Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications accurately to residents

• Supervise and lead CCA staff during shifts

• Maintain regular attendance and adherence to shift schedules

• Ensure current CPR and WHMIS certifications are up to date

• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all residents

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license from an accredited institution

• Minimum 1 year experience in medication administration

• Preferred background in geriatric settings

• CPR certification required, annual updates needed

• Ability to provide criminal record check
