The Center Director leads the community presence of your center, educates parents, teachers, and community leaders on the value of early childhood education, and drives the growth of families and children in our centers.

• Hire, engage, and develop a team of “best in class” educators who are passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents who share a desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Use your business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow Kinder Care’s presence in the community, leading to new families and children in our centers.

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple situations effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state‑specific guidelines for the role.
• Basic computer proficiency; able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to assume various physical postures to keep children safe and engage in physical activity.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
• In‑person, on‑site work at the center daily is required.

Range of pay: $56,250.00 – $ Salary.

In the state of Minnesota, we currently provide an additional $3.00 per hour premium on all classroom hours worked in addition to the range of pay listed. This premium is funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
