Join the DaVita team as a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). In this role, you will serve as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting and make a direct impact on patient care. This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team.
- Financial Management: oversee operations, budget, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance.
- Autonomy with support from director, regional peers, and the company.
- Impact culture and growth – reinforce shared values and behaviors.
- Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state.
- Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days).
- Collaboration with clinical and financial teams.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
