What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play‑based activities. Sessions take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering one‑on‑one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
- Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
- Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
- Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
- Spanish-speaking is highly preferred
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Highly preferred:
Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field - RBT certification is a plus, but we will cover the cost of obtaining it
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
