• Lead and Implement ABA Programs: Support the design and supervision of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide Clinical Supervision: Train and guide Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment integrity and quality care.
• Collaborate with Families: Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce consistent progress.
• Monitor Client Outcomes: Track data and ensure programs align with clinical best practices.

• Master’s degree (or in progress) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
• Must meet required health and safety clearances:
  • Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B (declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap – declination acceptable)
  • Absence of Tuberculosis (TB) – negative TB test within 3 months prior to start date (per CDC guidelines).
