The Field Project Manager is responsible for field management of the test team, plant contacts, regulatory contacts, and monitoring Montrose client owner. Minimum 2+ years of source testing experience required.

Our Field Project Managers spend most of their time outdoors in a hardhat. Key duties include:

• Manage logistics of project resources with logistics and office managers
• Coordinate onsite schedule with client plant contacts and regulatory contacts regarding scope changes
• Oversee all daily field operational and safety aspects of site‑specific stack programs
• Ensure data review and field quality control
• Staff and lead, train, and mentor field team personnel

Requirements:

• High school diploma or degree in related field
• 2+ years of stack testing experience
• Advanced stack testing knowledge and QI credentials
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Capacity for overnight and local travel, up to 70% of the time
• Flexibility for weekend travel or multi‑project work during the year
• Ability to work outdoors, including climbing to elevated platforms (50‑300 ft)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass background checks, drug screening, DOT medical certification, and OSHA respiratory protection evaluation
• Valid driver’s license
