The Field Project Manager is responsible for field management of the test team, plant contacts, regulatory contacts, and monitoring Montrose client owner. Minimum 2+ years of source testing experience required.

Our Field Project Managers spend most of their time outdoors in a hardhat. Key duties include:
- Manage logistics of project resources with logistics and office managers
- Coordinate onsite schedule with client plant contacts and regulatory contacts regarding scope changes
- Oversee all daily field operational and safety aspects of site‑specific stack programs
- Ensure data review and field quality control
- Staff and lead, train, and mentor field team personnel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or degree in related field
- 2+ years of stack testing experience
- Advanced stack testing knowledge and QI credentials
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Capacity for overnight and local travel, up to 70% of the time
- Flexibility for weekend travel or multi‑project work during the year
- Ability to work outdoors, including climbing to elevated platforms (50‑300 ft)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Pass background checks, drug screening, DOT medical certification, and OSHA respiratory protection evaluation
- Valid driver’s license
