They have an opening for a true "A" player to function as the new Chief Nurse Executive's "right hand".
Is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the clinical management of the nursing unit on a 24‑hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager/director position.
Responsibilities will include management/support of non‑inpatient units, interfacing with other facility and corporate decision makers on behalf of the facility, education, digital transformation, vendor management, informatics staffing and supplemental staffing. After an initial period, the position may be restructured to include some inpatient units also.
Qualifications- BSN or Bachelor's degree in related healthcare field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field – Preferred
- Registered Nurse – State Licensure – RN – Required upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support – ACLS – Required
- Five years of nursing experience – Required
- Five years progressive management experience – Preferred
