Is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the clinical management of the nursing unit 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

Education, Licensures, and

Certifications:

• BSN or Bachelor's degree in related healthcare field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field – Preferred
• Registered Nurse - State Licensure – RN
  - Required upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support – ACLS – Required

• Five years of Med Surg experience - Required
• Five years progressive management experience - Preferred
