Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LVNs, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
