Are you the organized force behind the chaos? Do you love checklists, timelines, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine—while still having fun doing it?
We’re a fast-paced, top-performing real estate team looking for a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant who’s not just detail-oriented, but detail-obsessed. If you thrive under pressure, stay calm when things get busy, and genuinely enjoy helping agents and clients get to the finish line—this might be your dream role.
️ What You'll Be Doing:- Managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close
- Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and inspectors (like a boss)
- Ensuring all documents are complete, compliant, and delivered on time
- Creating systems, checklists, and workflows to streamline our processes
- Supporting agents administratively so they can stay focused on what they do best: SELLING
- Keeping everyone in the loop with clear, consistent updates
- You’ve got 1+ year experience in real estate (ideally in TC/admin work)
- You are hyper-organized, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
- You handle deadlines like a pro (and you secretly love color-coded calendars)
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and with kindness
- You can juggle multiple transactions at once—without dropping a ball
- You’ve worked with a real estate team or brokerage before
- You have a license (not required, but cool if you do!)
- You’re fluent in real estate compliance and timelines
- You’re the “go-to” person for getting stuff DONE
