Assistant Vice President Logistics & Load Planner at Landmark Freight Solutions Inc
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker based in Antioch, CA. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating freight services, managing client accounts, developing relationships with carriers and shippers, and performing dispatching duties. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates, booking freight, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Exceptional communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success in this position.
Qualifications- Proficient in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage-related activities
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Experience with Dispatching logistics operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
