As a Teacher, you will support families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time on school grounds, partner with administrators to bring our programs to districts, and lead the way toward inspired learning.

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum consistently with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organization, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English proficiency for communication with children and their parents.

Range of pay $15.00 - $19.00 hourly.
