Production Supervisor – Bilingual Spanish Required 2nd and 3rd shift

What You Will Do:

• Supervise, train, and develop production staff to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Oversee daily production schedules, coordinating with Maintenance, Shipping, and Warehousing teams.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Track and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve production challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production line processes and equipment mechanics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in aluminum or plastic packaging, food, or consumer products manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP, food quality, and hygiene standards.
• High-energy, problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
