Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high‑performing team, and ensuring a WOW! Customer Service experience.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk‑management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.

• Demonstrated integrity and strong leadership abilities.
• Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification (preferred).
