• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming sales leads.
• Engage with new and returning customers to recommend the right lawn care services and solutions.
• Build customer relationships and follow up to support satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and records in Real Green software.
• Work independently while receiving ongoing coaching and support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

• Weekend availability required during peak spring, summer, and fall seasons.
