• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and assess client needs
• Conduct outbound sales calls to develop new business opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Participate actively in sales team meetings and brainstorm improvement strategies
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

As a Weed Man sales representative, you receive a competitive base salary of $37,440 annually, ensuring stability while allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to the Weed Man clients and prospects.

The real earning potential, however, comes from our lucrative commission structure, which rewards performance.

On average, sales reps earn between $62,500 and $65,000 per year in commissions and hourly wages, with top performers often exceeding this range.
