Preparing monthly management accounts across all group entities.

Overseeing the purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll functions. Preparing and submitting VAT returns while ensuring statutory compliance. Managing year-end accounts preparation and liaising with external accountants. Reviewing financial processes, controls and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitoring financial performance and providing accurate, timely information to directors and senior stakeholders. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function across the group.

Skills and Experience Strong background in bookkeeping, accounts management or multi-entity accounting. Experience preparing management accounts, VAT returns and year-end accounts. Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and confident working closely with business owners and senior management.
