As an Information Officer
, you'll work within a welcoming and dynamic team, helping departments deliver high-quality, patient-focused services. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy a role that's varied and people-oriented, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • First point of contact for sensitive calls, directing to appropriate team members
  • Take accurate minutes at safeguarding meetings
  • Manage mail, calls, and enquiries, ensuring follow-up and tracking systems
  • Provide full admin support for meetings (agendas, papers, minutes, actions)
  • Initiate and follow up on actions from meetings
  • Order team supplies via e-procurement system
  • Maintain and monitor a centralised correspondence tracking system

About You

  • Has excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Can use their initiative to solve problems and prioritise tasks.
  • Values confidentiality, professionalism, and quality in everything they do.
