Receptionist required Children's Disability Team

Make a real difference to children and families by joining our dedicated Children's Disability team as a Receptionist. You'll be the backbone of our service-keeping everything running smoothly while delivering compassionate, high-quality support to colleagues, families, and external partners.

• IT & Data
  :
  Use NHS systems confidently (Excel, Word, Access) and maintain accurate client records on PARIS.
• Customer Service
  :
  Handle calls and enquiries warmly and efficiently; uphold quality standards for all stakeholders
• Administration
  :
  Type and circulate letters, reports, minutes and forms; manage manual and electronic filing ; scan, photocopy and monitor stationery
• Cash Handling
  :
  Operate the petty cash system in line with policy when required.
• Communication
  :
  Liaise professionally with Finance, IT, other departments and external agencies; contribute ideas at team meetings to improve ways of working.jobs.

• Work as an integral part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary Children's Disability team.
• Play a vital role in delivering a high-quality administrative service that directly impacts patient care.jobs.
