The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is embarking on a major HR Transformation Programme, seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of HR Transformation to lead their ambitious 24-month ERP/HRIS implementation, shaping the future of HR service delivery.
Salary/Benefits
- £73,577 - £77,904 plus £1422 environmental allowance

- Monday - Friday 37 hours per week (42 hours gross)

About you
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation programmes, ideally within public sector or complex organisational settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in project governance, risk management, and change management
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results within tight deadlines
What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of a comprehensive HR ERP/HRIS programme, ensuring all phases from design to post-implementation are successfully executed on time and within scope
- Develop and embed new HR systems, processes, and ways of working to enhance service quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, internal teams, external suppliers, and partners to support organisational objectives
- Drive effective governance, risk mitigation, and resource management throughout the programme lifecycle
- Lead change management activities, ensuring staff are supported and engaged during transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
