Known for its commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, this company is embarking on an exciting new-build housing project in Antrim and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its team.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a new-build residential scheme. You'll oversee all aspects of construction, including managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring progress against programme, and maintaining quality standards. You will play a key role in driving the project to successful completion on time and within budget, while liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

CSR Site Manager Gold Card or equivalent certification.
