Known for its commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, this company is embarking on an exciting new-build housing project in Antrim and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its team.

Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a new-build residential scheme. You’ll oversee all aspects of construction, including managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring progress against programme, and maintaining quality standards. You will play a key role in driving the project to successful completion on time and within budget, while liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• CSR Site Manager Gold Card or equivalent certification.
