Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team in Toomebridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in coordinating and managing the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of multiple projects, working alongside a forward-thinking and supportive team.

The Role:
* Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination across multiple projects
* Review design documentation, identifying risks, requirements, and value-engineering opportunities
* Manage M&E subcontractors and ensure timely design and installation delivery
* Liaise with clients, design teams and internal project teams
* Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality, and programme standards
* Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage testing and commissioning
* Provide input to tenders and procurement activities
* Promote continuous improvement and collaborative working across all project stages
The Person :
* Proven experience as an M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator in a fast-paced environment
* Strong technical knowledge of M&E and construction practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Confident managing subcontractors and liaising with senior stakeholders
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
