Antrim Cala Consulting are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Manager. Our client isa highly successful fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering bespoke projects across the UK and Ireland. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, the business delivers high-quality projects within the commercial, retail,hospitality and workplace sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to join a growing organisation and gain exposure to a varied range of projects frominitialplanning through to successful completion.
Purpose of the Role The Project Manager will support the successful delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, subcontractors,suppliers and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project delivery whilemaintainingexcellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Develop andmaintainproject programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors,suppliers and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that mayimpactprogramme,costor quality. Liaise with clients,consultants and stakeholders throughout the duration of projects. Assistin the management of project budgets andmonitorexpenditure against agreed costs. Support procurement activities including obtaining quotations and coordinating material orders. Conduct regular site visits and attend project meetings.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and company procedures. Prepare andmaintainproject documentation,report sand progress updates. Assist with the management of project variations and change control processes. Support the successful handover of completed projects and close-out activities. Qualifications & Experience Degree or HND qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Studiesor a related discipline. Previous experience within a Project Management, Assistant Project Management or Site Management role.
Experience with in fit-out, refurbishment, construction or interior projects would be advantageous. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets and programme management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
