A leading fit‑out contractor is seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is a permanent, full‑time position based at their Antrim head office, supporting a wide range of fast‑track projects across the UK & ROI.

The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of small works, major refurbishments and new‑build contracts, primarily within the Retail, Hospitality and Heritage sectors. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with varied project demands.

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience as a contractor's QS (fit‑out experience preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Advanced cost estimation and financial analysis skills
• In‑depth understanding of construction contracts
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution capability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
