Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, providing strategic leadership from pre-construction through to directly into the senior management team, you will oversee project performance, mentor site-based teams and act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and supply chain partners. This role requires an individual who can balance operational excellence with strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by both the business and its managing programmes, budgets and resources, you will be instrumental in driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a proven track record within the construction industry, ideally gained with a main contractor delivering projects across a variety of will be an accomplished leader who enjoys developing teams, fostering strong client relationships and finding practical solutions to complex project challenges. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential, as is the ability to maintain a clear focus on programme, quality, safety and commercial importantly, you will bring the credibility, professionalism and leadership presence required to operate at a senior level within a highly regarded construction business.
