Premier Inn and wider hotel fit-out and refurbishment frameworks, typically valued at £500,000-£700,000 and up to £1m What's in It for You?

· Private healthcare
· 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
· Enhanced pension scheme
· Clear progression and structured development
· Long-term security through an established hotel framework and regular project pipeline Why Apply? This is a strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants variety, responsibility and a better balance between home, office and site. You will join an established contractor with a long-standing hotel framework, a reliable pipeline of work and projects that are different enough to keep the role interesting.
You will have the freedom to manage schemes from the first site survey and pricing stage through to final account. Rather than being limited to one part of the commercial process, you will see each project through, build direct client relationships and have a clear view of the results of your work. The Quantity Surveyor Role You will take commercial ownership of three to four live hotel fit-out and refurbishment projects at a time, with the autonomy to make decisions and manage each scheme properly.
Typical duties will include:
· Completing initial site visits, reviewing scopes and preparing project costs
· Managing budgets, cost reporting and commercial risk across multiple schemes
· Pricing and agreeing variations
· Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts
· Leading pre-start and commercial meetings
· Working directly with clients, site teams and subcontractors
· Taking each project through to final account Travel is manageable, with site visits normally required once or twice every fortnight. The remaining time is split between home and the office, including one to two days of home working each week. What We're Looking For
· Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, refurbishment or framework projects
· Confidence taking sole commercial responsibility for several live projects
· Good knowledge of variations, subcontractor accounts, cost control and final accounts
· Strong client-facing and commercial skills
· An HNC, degree or equivalent construction qualification
· Schedule of Rates experience would be useful but is not essential
· Willingness to travel to hotel sites across the UK when required Interested? Apply now if you are an intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor looking for a well-paid role with hybrid working, manageable travel, secure hotel framework projects and the chance to take proper commercial ownership and progress
