Location: Antrim
A leading energy provider is seeking a Customer Services Officer to assist with customer queries and administrative tasks. This full-time role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with procedures. This position is maternity cover for 12 months, offering a salary of £26,023 per year, plus a completion bonus.
