The Role Customer Service Executive or Hire Controller - Coordinator Dealing with customer inbound calls and equipment hire queries Database management - dealing with various systems Liaising with suppliers General administration Key Requirement Must have inbound (telephone) customer service experience or Hire Controller experience Management of high volume inbound calls Good knowledge of MS Office and various databases Be available to work in a full- time temporary role for 3- 6 months plus Must be able to commute to Harefield easily - ideally a car driver (as limited public transport) If you haven't heard within 5 working days unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occassion
